Daily Grind:

Joann Shenefelt, Group Air Agent has nearly 11 years of Corporate, Meeting & Incentive group air experience, Joann is a welcome addition to the M&I team.  Booking travel for groups as large as 8,000 attendees, her customer service, professionalism and fast turnaround make ticketing a seamless process for clients and attendees alike.  She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Mexico and can assist in finding the best possible flights within a reasonable budget, whatever the travel situation. 

After Hours:  When Joann is not booking airline tickets for Meetings & Incentives, you may be able to find her attending college or high school sporting events with her ‘Sports Centered’ family consisting of two daughters and her husband (who has been known at times to be her third child).  When Joann is not able to attend her daughter’s games, you may catch her on the Internet sneaking a quick glance of the game in between booking tickets – this mom is dedicated!  Joann’s outgoing personality and cheerful laugh are the perfect match for her “crazy sock” addiction.  Her collection is complete with enough pairs of Christmas socks to wear one a day each day in December, however Valentine’s socks are becoming a close second.  Although she is a Colorado native, don’t be surprised if you spot this lady on your next Alaskan Cruise – you never know when her dream vacation may just become a reality!
